The following is just debugging info to be dispayed when trying to open the index.html file directly in the browser (which doesn't work).
Remove this <div> when your app is working.

Apps using Browser.application must be served by a HTTP server because they need to know the root of the URL and that doesn't work with file URLs. If you look into the JS console you'll see an error like this.

Error: Browser.application programs cannot handle URLs like this:

          file:///Users/.../picomponents/starter/index.html

What is the root? The root of your file system? Try looking at this program with `elm reactor` or some other server.

There are several easy ways to fix this, here are two of them:

  1. If you already have Python installed you can start a server with python -m http.server` from the project root
  2. Install Caddy and run caddy run. This project includes a `Caddyfile` file so it will even make sure "non-root" URLs continue to work.
